Grandma’s upscale summer degustation events that feature innovating culinary collaborations, on September 9th, proudly present the one-of a kind- visionary narrative of Chef Alexandros (Alex) Tsiotinis, who will orchestrate an inspiring gastronomic voyage at the award winning Liostasi restaurant, Grandma’s.

The multi-award-winning Chef Alexandros Tsiotinis, executive chef and owner of CTC, has enjoyed right from the dawn of his career a spectacular run in some of the most celebrated cuisines of the world, working alongside with Alain Passard, Helenne Darroze, Eric Frechon, Arnaud Bignon and Pascal Barbot. This September 9th, the guests of Grandma’s, will have the privilege to enjoy the Chef’s creative vision, in a menu that embodies gracefully a contemporary artistic structure and a poetic alternation of tastes, scents and textures.

Delighted by this forthcoming collaboration with Chef Alexandros Tsiotinis that will highlight perfectly another delicious season, Grandma’s sets the tone for a unique dining experience, in dialogue with the Liostasi signature sea views.
