About the Role
As a Waiter/Waitress at Liostasi, you will play a key role in our F&B operations. This position requires an individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment, offering attentive service across various dining settings, from casual poolside lunches to sophisticated fine dining in the evenings.
- Guest Service: Provide exceptional dining experiences throughout all meal periods – breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including bar and room service.
- Menu Expertise: Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of all menus, including breakfast offerings, lunch dishes, fine dining options, and beverages.
- Sales and Service: Enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue through attentive service and recommending menu items.
- Efficient Operations: Ensure timely and accurate order taking, food delivery, billing, and handling guest requests.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Quality Control: Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Experience: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a luxury or fine dining setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to high-quality guest service.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; additional language skills, particularly Greek, are highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with restaurant POS systems, preferably Micros.
- Characteristics: Professional, enthusiastic, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
