Liostasi is seeking F&B professionals who will deliver warm, attentive, and high-quality service, ensuring memorable dining experiences for every guest.
Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the F&B Service Manager and the Captain, the Waiter/Waitress A’ will support the operation of the F&B department, ensuring high-quality service.
- Deliver exceptional dining experiences during all meals – breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including bar and room service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all menus, including breakfast, lunch, and beverage offerings.
- Ensure timely and accurate order taking, food delivery, billing, and handling of guest requests.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and seamless service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle guest requests professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a luxury environment or 5* hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with dedication to high-quality guest service.
- Excellent command of Greek and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems, preferably Micros.
- Professional, enthusiastic, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
