Liostasi, is seeking a Receptionist who will contribute to delivering high-quality service to our guests, ensuring their overall experience at our hotel is pleasant and memorable.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out procedures, and provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities.
- Handle phone calls and email correspondence in a professional manner.
- Provide guests with information about hotel services, facilities, and local activities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Address and resolve guest issues promptly, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Respond to guest needs and requests efficiently and professionally.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and service, reflecting the luxury of Liostasi.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar position within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.
- Knowledge of an additional language (e.g., French, Italian, Spanish) will be considered an asset.
- Degree or certification in tourism or hospitality will be appreciated.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
