F&B Service Manager

Liostasi is seeking an F&B Service Manager to lead the F&B team, ensuring exceptional guest service and contributing to the creation of a top-tier luxury hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

The F&B Service Manager will be responsible for the smooth operation of the F&B departments and ensuring high-quality service

  • Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are correctly followed by all team members, aiming for the highest level of guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise, coordinate, train, guide, and motivate the entire F&B team to achieve excellent guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, handle complaints, and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain high service standards.
  • Support and actively participate in up-selling and cross-selling within the F&B outlets to achieve the hotel’s financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Cost Controller to ensure proper stock management across F&B outlets, actively monitoring inventory to support smooth operations.
  • Assist in managing reservations and participate in F&B operations, including welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, billing, and room service, as needed.
  • Oversee the smooth and accurate execution of cashiering operations in all F&B outlets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role at a 5* hotel.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, wines, beverages, and coffee.
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant hotel POS systems (preferably Micros).
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (HACCP certified).
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, flexibility, problem-solving ability, and a guest-oriented approach.
