Waiter / Waitress B’

Liostasi is seeking F&B professionals who will deliver warm, attentive, and high-quality service, ensuring memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the F&B Service Manager and Captain, the Waiter/Waitress B’ will support the F&B department’s operations, ensuring guests enjoy high-quality service.

• Assist in serving food and beverages, ensuring a smooth service flow.
• Collaborate with senior team members (Captain / Waiter A’) and colleagues to properly execute procedures and achieve excellent guest service.
• Provide courteous and efficient service, responding to guests’ needs and requests.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and bar areas, in accordance with the hotel’s high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Take advantage of opportunities for training in fine dining service, menu knowledge, and beverage service.
• Support accurate order taking and delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a service role is required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent command of Greek and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Energetic, team-oriented, and able to work effectively in a demanding environment.
