Housekeeping Supervisor

Liostasi is seeking Housekeeping Supervisor who will contribute to delivering high-quality service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable, clean, and truly memorable.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of the daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments, ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Conducting inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and staff working spaces to ensure hygiene and service standards are met.
• Training, guiding, and supporting the housekeeping team in the proper use of cleaning products and equipment, in accordance with the resort’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Organizing regular team meetings to provide updates, encourage development, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Preparing work schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring staff performance.
• Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to the team
• Monitoring inventory levels for cleaning materials, linen, guest amenities and uniforms.
• Collaborating with all departments to promptly address maintenance issues, guest requests, and ensure the efficient operation of the hotel.

Requirements

•  3-4 years of experience in housekeeping in luxury hotels, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Solid knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Legal right to work in Greece (no work permit required).
