Liostasi is seeking F&B professionals who will deliver warm, attentive, and high-quality service, ensuring memorable dining experiences for every guest.
Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the F&B Service Manager, the Captain will coordinate the F&B team to ensure flawless guest service, attention to detail, and a hospitable atmosphere reflecting the luxury and sophistication of Liostasi.
- Supervise F&B team operations to ensure smooth and impeccable service.
- Guide and support F&B staff, adapting to team needs to maintain seamless operations and collaboration.
- Knowledge of the menu and provide recommendations on dishes, wines, and pairings to guests.
- Handle guest feedback and requests with courtesy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team for timely preparation and elegant presentation of dishes.
- Create a luxurious hospitality atmosphere with warmth and friendliness.
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and adapt to the hotel’s operational needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as Head Waiter / Captain or a similar leadership role in high-end restaurants or luxury hotels.
- Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, wines, coffee, and cocktails.
- Impeccable presentation and professional demeanor.
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate the team toward excellence.
- Excellent command of Greek and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
