Bartender

Liostasi is seeking F&B professionals who will deliver warm, attentive, and high-quality service, ensuring memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the F&B Service Manager, the Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality drinks and cocktails with attention to detail and hospitality, reflecting the luxury standards of Liostasi. Specifically:

• Deliver excellent beverage preparation, including cocktails and other drinks.
• Interact with guests to understand their preferences and recommend suitable drinks.
• Manage bar inventory, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations.
• Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure a seamless service experience, especially during peak hours.
• Ensure high standards of quality and presentation for all served drinks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender, ideally in a luxury hotel or high-end bar. Previous experience in a high-volume environment is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving, with a creative flair for cocktail preparation.
• Fluent in Greek and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, charismatic personality, and a passion for the art of bartending.
